Hey, It is Izzy and Niamh and we are here with some great activities to get you up and moving!
Here they are:
- Ballon tennis - You need a balloon and a willing volunteer. Start at either end of a room and hit the ballon across using your hands as a racket.
- Facetime hide and seek - All you need is a friend and two devices that you can Facetime with. Play hide and seek normally but just Facetime the seeker to tell her/him clues.
- Races - Race against your family and friends and discover who is the fastest! The prize for the winner could be a cookie or something.
- P.E: Have a go with Joe Wicks every morning on youtube!
